Injunctions

Sometimes it may be necessary to make an emergency application to Court for an order to protect a family member (including children) or for other reasons which give rise to a need for urgent relief.  Robin has a particular specialism as a Resolution Accredited Solicitor in domestic abuse and injunction work. He is able to deal with these matters, whether they are part of family proceedings or where protection is urgently needed from a person who is unrelated to the client or where there is a need to protect assets.
