Powers of Attorney

If you want to make a power of attorney, this will be dealt with by Sheila Cramp who is a solicitor.  If you are elderly or infirm and cannot come into the office, Sheila will come to see you.

The law relating to powers of attorney changed in 2008 and making a power of attorney is now a lot more complicated.  We endeavour to help you through what can be a stressful and confusing process and to advise you where you can save time and costs.

The solicitor dealing with this would be Sheila Cramp
